Today, Trent came in to test the electric current to our thermostat. He diagnosed the issue to be inside the HVAC. In addition he replaced 3 electric WiFi enabled switches(3xpole and 1xpole) for me absolutely free of charge and as a courtesy even though he spent an hour+. This is a new experience for me.
